GUEYDAN — Funeral services for Bonnie Benoit Fontenot, 77, were held Saturday August 28, 2021 at 12 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Gueydan, with pastor Chyrelena Peyton officiating.
Visitation was held Friday, August 27, 2021 at the First United Methodist Church from 11 a.m until 9 p.m. and resume Saturday at 9 a.m. until time of services. Burial followed in the Gueydan Cemetery.
DELCAMBRE – A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted for Charles Kenneth Hebert, Sr., age 80, at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Delcambre. Fr. Buddy Breaux will officiate. Interment will follow at the church mausoleum.
A gathering of family and friends will take place at Evangeline Funeral Home of Delcambre from 9:00 am until the service time. A rosary will be prayed at 11:00 am.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Mary Langlinais Scalisi, 92, at 3:00PM at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church with Fr. Michael Delcambre her grandson as celebrant.
Visitation will be at St Mary Magdalen Catholic Church on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 1:00PM till 2:30PM with a recitation of the rosary at 2:15PM.
ERATH — A Mass of Christian Burial for Peter Randall Irwin, 64, will be at 10:00AM Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Father Andre Metrejean officiating. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Mausoleum.
Visitation will be in David Funeral Home of Erath Monday, August 23, 2021 from 5:00PM until 9:00PM with recitation of the rosary at 6:00PM. Visitation will resume Tuesday from 8:00AM until service time.
