Elvina Frederick Campbell

ABBEVILLE — Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Elvina Frederick Campbell, 100, who died Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Timothy Meaux, Mark Meaux, Dereck Campbell, Linc Campbell, Beau Campbell, Shawn Campbell, Clayton Campbell and Cody Campbell. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Campbell and Cameron Patterson.
She is survived by her two sons, Christopher Campbell (Bonnie) and Larry James Campbell (Robert Garcia); two daughters, Dolores C. Meaux and Gail Collins (Lee); sixteen grandchildren; thirty-seven great grandchildren; and forty-five great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Joseph Campbell; son, Milton John Campbell; three brothers, Ulyess Frederick, Joe Frederick and Lloyd Frederick; six sisters, Adella Savoy, Eunice Savoy, Adele Hebert, Josephine Devillier, Lena Desormeaux and Marjorie Stelly.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 PM; Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 8:00 AM until time of services.
