Bethel Guy Dyson

Bethel Guy Dyson, 73 passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at the Methodist Hospital in Houston Texas. Born on August 16, 1947 in Abbeville, Louisiana, he was the son of the late Alton Guy Dyson of Pecan Island, Louisiana and Maudry Robicheaux Dyson of New Iberia, Louisiana.
Mr. Dyson attended Abbeville High School and graduated in 1965 he was an avid hunter and fishermen all his life. He is survived by son Guy Dyson and his wife, Marla Dyson of Abbeville, Louisiana, Daughter, Suzette Dyson Gaucys, son Christopher Dyson, and daughter Keri Dyson Marceaux, and her husband Jacob Marceaux, of Forked Island, Louisiana. Mr. Dyson is survived by his 8 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren Grant Dyson, Griffin Dyson, Eric Callahan, Lauren Callahan, Karli Richard, Ethan Marceaux, Andre’ Marceaux, Nicholas Marceaux, Evan and Owen Richard He is also survived by his stepdaughter Lacey Deroche Webster and her husband Travis Webster of Erath, Louisiana, and two step grandchildren Rogan Webster, Camden Webster,. He is also survived by his brother Stephen Dyson and his wife Kathleen Dyson, two nieces Stephanie Dyson Nichols, Aimee Dyson O’Neill and her husband John O’Neill, and four grand nieces.
