ABBEVILLE – Funeral services for Mary Batiste is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 13, 2017 at Macedonia Baptist Church – 607 S. Bailey Street – with burial in St. Paul Cemetery. Rev. E. J. Guidry will officiate the service.
Mary Batiste (55), a long time resident of Abbeville passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at New Iberia Manor South Nursing Home. She had been employed by Abbeville General Hospital for over ten years.
John Burton Hardy
Kaplan—A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of John Burton Hardy, 82, who died Sunday, January 1, 2017 at his residence. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Mark Miley officiating the services.

Kaplan—Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 6, 2017 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Nora Bell Pahrmann, 78 years, who died on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Kaplan Healthcare Center.
She was laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Farley Painter officiating the services.
